Happy New Year and welcome to 2026!
If this is one of the very first things you are reading this year, we are honored to be here with you one minute into the new year. Willa stayed up late just to say hello.
We are stepping into 2026 excited, hopeful, and ready to grow. Our big goal for the year is simple but bold: to welcome one new author every single month. That means new stories, new voices, and plenty of signed books finding their way to your shelves.
We are thrilled to kick off the year by welcoming our first author of 2026, Andrew D. Levine.
Andrew writes gripping, intelligent thrillers that pull you in fast and do not let go. His stories are layered with suspense, sharp pacing, and characters that feel real and flawed in the best way. Andrew joins Willa’s with all three of his novels: Silent Auction to Murder, Bombay Reckless, and Death In The Rain. If you enjoy mystery, danger, and page turning tension, his books belong on your reading list.
If you blinked in December, you might have missed another exciting addition to the bookstore. GM Potter joined Willa’s just before the year wrapped up, and we could not be happier to have her.
GM Potter brings a wonderful mix of insight, imagination, and heart to her writing. From the deeply thoughtful The Science of Limerence, to the delightfully fun Harmony Coxcomb Witch For Hire, to the emotional and fast moving In A Flash, her books offer something for every kind of reader. We are already looking forward to adding more of her work later this spring.
You will also notice something new in the shop. Merch has officially arrived. Our brand new Willa mug is here, and it is already becoming a favorite. Merch is something we will continue to grow this spring, including book related designs, not just Willa’s favorites.
And finally, a little invitation.
If you are an author, or know an author who would be a great fit for Willa’s Bookstore, we would love to hear from you. The only requirement is simple: all books must be signed.
