We want every reader to love their order from Willa’s Bookstore. Because most of our items are books and digital products, please take a moment to read through our policy before placing your order.
Physical Books & Merchandise

All sales are considered final once shipped.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@willasbookstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your file, email us and we’ll help you get your product.
Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

Please note that shipping delays caused by postal carriers are outside of our control.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with the correct item.
Signed Books
Many of our books are personally signed, which makes them unique. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged.
