Thank you for supporting Willa’s Bookstore. Every order you place helps us support indie authors and share their stories with the world.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Pre-orders or backorders may take longer. Any special timelines will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Delivery Times

  • Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on postal carrier performance, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@willasbookstore.com with your order number.

  • We’ll do everything we can to help track the package or file a claim with the carrier.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

  • We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a solution.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-ordered books ship as soon as they arrive at our store.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together once all items are ready unless you choose separate shipping.

Digital Products

  • Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email. No shipping fees apply.
