Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Pre-orders or backorders may take longer. Any special timelines will be clearly stated in the product description.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity, and destination.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on postal carrier performance, weather, or other delays outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@willasbookstore.com with your order number.

We’ll do everything we can to help track the package or file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered books ship as soon as they arrive at our store.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together once all items are ready unless you choose separate shipping.
Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email. No shipping fees apply.
