📚 NEW AUTHORS ON THE SHELVES
January was BIG at Willa’s Bookstore.
We welcomed 3 new authors and added 6 signed books to the shop. That is seriously amazing.
Please help us give a warm Willa-style welcome to:
• Virginia Slechta with Broken Branches
• John Layne with three books in the Daxton Danner series and his fiction title A Rude Reception
• Tirzah Nilsson with her poetry collection Path of Life: Reflections of a Soul In Bloom
All titles are available in the store right now and yes, every single one is signed by the author. That is kind of our thing around here.
📖 A NEW BOOKSTORE TRADITION (WITH A TWIST)
Bookstores have long celebrated release days. Traditionally, new books hit shelves on Tuesdays. We love tradition around here, but we also like to do things the Willa way.
So here’s how it works now:
• Tuesdays are release days for new physical books
• Thursdays are release days for ebooks
Two chances every week to discover something new. Mark your calendar. Your future reading list will thank you.
💙 SO CLOSE… LET’S FINISH STRONG
We set a goal to reach 200 followers on Facebook before February 1st and we almost made it.
