Another Week Coming

Hello friends of Willa’s Bookstore! Another week has flown by, and we have quite a few things happening behind the scenes here.

First of all, we are continuing our rollout of Monique Duell’s books. So far, we have released Handicapped Mom and Grief Is A Gangster, and the response has been wonderful. Tomorrow is Release Tuesday, which means the third title will officially arrive in the store. Keep your eyes open because we are excited to share it with you!

Over the past week we have also received several new author applications, which makes us incredibly happy. It is always exciting to see writers wanting to be part of Willa’s Bookstore. We are working through the submissions and answering everyone as quickly as we can.

A quick reminder to authors out there: we now accept eBooks as well. If you already have your book as an ePUB, reach out to us and we will gladly explain how the process works.

Now for a small change in plans. Unfortunately, the event this Saturday at The Bagel Lady in Rockwall has been cancelled. There was a scheduling conflict that was completely out of our control when Cecilia’s work schedule suddenly changed. Even though we will not be there, we still encourage you to stop by and support the event if you are in the area.

Looking ahead, we are getting ready for two upcoming events:
📚 Bluebird Jamboree in Wills Point – April 11
📚 Forney Market – April 25

And finally, some exciting news… we reached 100 followers on Instagram! It may have taken a little while, but we got there and we are incredibly grateful for every single one of you who follows, shares, and cheers us on. Your support truly means the world to us.
