Description

A story of love and science on the eve of the twentieth century. A Fae scientist and his human mathematician seek to synthesize the Philosopher’s Stone and grant immortality to mortals.

Lord Parsnip Peasblossom of Blackthorn and Sundley is a fae lordling seeking to bestow immortality on mortals by synthesizing the Philosopher's Stone. The only problem is he can't get the math right.

Henry Seay is a mortal looking to gain employment in London in late 1899 as a mathematician. He has no money and an ailing mother, and is desperate to make his fortune with his mind.

The pair form a partnership and begin working, only to realize that they have more in common than not. Can they push past the difference in their social standing to embrace the love that blooms between them, or will their feelings be lost to limerence?
